Shanghai Gymnasium is part of Shanghai’s major public sports infrastructure and has undergone renovation and facility upgrades to better support sporting events, public fitness, and recreational activities.As part of the renovation project, RUNPIN materials were mainly applied in the basketball gymnasium and swimming pool areas. These spaces serve different functions but share demanding requirements for public-use materials, including visual consistency, reliable quality, and suitability for high-traffic environments.For the basketball gymnasium, the material application needed to integrate with the overall architectural and interior design of a large public sports venue. In the swimming pool area, material selection also needed to respond to the functional and visual requirements of an aquatic sports environment.Through coordinated production and supply, RUNPIN supported the material requirements of these key areas and contributed to the overall renovation of the sports venue.The project reflects RUNPIN’s experience in supplying engineered stone solutions for large-scale public and sports facilities, and demonstrates its ability to support projects with different application environments and design requirements.
