MIXC Village Dongguan is a Southern French resort-style premium outlet developed by China Resources MixC, and a coastal landmark commercial destination in the Greater Bay Area. The project originally specified high-priced natural Lime Stone for its exterior landscaping and interior wall and floor areas. To meet the project‘s aesthetic and performance requirements, RUNPIN developed a custom high-performance outdoor product that replicates the same texture and appearance, successfully replacing the natural stone while delivering enhanced durability and cost efficiency. With a total application area of approximately 20,000 m², RUNPIN’s engineered stone solutions are applied across outdoor landscape paving and interior wall and floor areas, helping create a distinctive resort-style retail experience that blends elegance with long-term performance.
