In 2026, RUNPIN supplied stone materials for Guomao SPRING, a commercial renewal project located within the Shenzhen International Trade Center Building in Luohu, Shenzhen. Covering approximately 12,000 m², RUNPIN materials were applied across walls, floors, columns, and staircases throughout the project.For a commercial environment with frequent daily use, the project required surfaces that could balance visual consistency with practical performance. The selected materials offer high wear resistance, resistance to liquid penetration, and easy cleaning and maintenance, helping the surfaces maintain a clean and consistent appearance under regular foot traffic and day-to-day use. Through coordinated material applications across different architectural elements, RUNPIN supports both the design requirements and functional needs of the renewed commercial space.
