Joining hands with Master I.M. Pei
Covering an area of 45,000 square meters, the Museum of Islamic Art in Qatar is the final large-scale cultural building in the career of world-renowned architect I. M. Pei, and the most comprehensive museum dedicated to Islamic art to date. We provide high-quality natural stone for the project, widely used in the building’s walls and floors. The entire structure is clad in white limestone, whose reflection on the azure sea highlights a breathtaking grandeur. The stone surfaces are matched with exquisite Islamic geometric patterns and traditional Arabic arched windows, softening the building’s strong texture and endowing this giant structure with soft elegance, achieving a perfect balance between grandeur and grace.
