Is engineered stone heat resistant?

Undermounted sinks can be mounted to engineered stone when they are adequately supported with a compatible substructure. Inset and edge-mount options are also available; both provide a clean line, little or no gap and easy to clean around the sink area.
Because it’s non-porous, engineered stone requires no sealant. Regular cleaning with a mild cleaning agent and water will keep your engineered stones looking new, but do not use any harsh abrasives as they may scratch the surface and create dullness.
